You know, I'm not really that big of a Dean fan, but the more these sorry sons of bitches pile on, the more I start thinking, "He's my guy."

You know, this is my first election cycle where I really follow the ins and outs of the Democratic establishment press. As a Green, normally I'm to busy highlighting my Chomsky books to give a shit what the New Republic thinks. No wonder the Dems are such a sad sack party. It's amazing to watch them be so wrong over and over and not seem to have any awareness of the fact. What a bunch of sanctimonious pricks. If Dean where some how upsetting a liberal machine that had managed to win election after election and build majorities in the Senate, House, and Supreme Court, I could see the nervousness and pooh-pooh attitude being appropriate. But the fact that it's painfully obvious that the Dem establishment has completely forgotten how to be relevant or effective in dictating American policy makes all their blathering that much more obnoxious. Dean's the only hope they's losers have. Jumbo | Email | Homepage | 09.07.03 - 12:51 pm | #

Exactly Jumbo. The most shocking thing is that they would risk the betterment of the party and our country for their careers, which thye know will be effectively washed up once Dean wins. Chi | Email | Homepage | 09.08.03 - 10:34 am | #
