Wow, Jim McDermott, most liberal member of congress in these parts, I thought he had Kucinich written all over him, when I met him along with our Dean contingent before the Gay Pride Parade in Seattle last summer. He was glad we were there, but didn't seem all that crazy about Dean.
It's good to have him on board, he has TONS of support in Seattle (like we need any more...!)
Now if we could just get my congressman, Jay Inslee...

Wasn't McDermott one of the cosponsors of Kucinich's touted single payer bill? Might be time to start thinking about following Bob Graham's lead, DK.

WOW! Jim McDermott! I had so hoped he would endorse Dean.

I heard him speak at a Vets for Peace meeting a few months ago - first time I heard him speak and it was love at first listen! He's an intelligent and courageous man.
