Hello, All:

What is putting daylight between Dean and the others is the fact that he is speaking out on more issues; inevitably, they will have to recognize them.

So I ask everyone reading this to attempt to reach Dean and ask that he discuss what the media and even Senate Democrats do not talk about:
the takeover of our courts by conservatives in the last 20 years, what it has meant to people victimized by their decisions, and what it will mean for others--and the rest of us in the future.

This is why the Dems are fighting--finally--the Estrada nomination. And if the Dems in the Senate can't say this, then Dean must.

He can also address another major issue--the progressive concentration of power among fewer and fewer owners in the media.
