Hey Folks,
Check out this link for a look at Deans financial shape:

If we're really serious about Dean we all have to be actively recruting people not just to volunteer but to get contributions to his campaign. If you support Dean and haven't made a contribution - make one now! Money follows money, the more he gets the more that will follow. We can't let Dean, whom I predict will have the best grass roots organization early on,lose this thing because he doesn't have the money to back up his, and our, vision of what this country can be...

Just a thought, and not to take the fun out of the upcoming Meetups for Dean. There are close to 500 people signed up for dean2004 meetup as of today. If 500 dedicated people meet once a month for the next 10 months, each contributing a nominal $25 a month at the meetups, thats $125,000. But with Federal matching funds it would amount to $250,000! I know I will probably spend $25 in food and beer alone! Its also a good way for someone to spread out their support that can't do the $100, $200, $500 a pop contributons. Just a thought, lets put our money where our mouths... and hearts are....

Yesterday was pay day. My investment in Dean's campaign will go in the mail Monday morning.

Kucinich has a big problem for a Democratic primary: his Zero pro-choice record. That's not even ambivalent like Nader was, it's downright opposed.

Now that the space program is likely to be in the news for quite a while... Does anyone know if Dean has a stated position on American manned space flights?

(Sorry for using this thread but I didn't know where else to post it)

VCR/Tivo Alert:

Dean will be on this week's Road To The White House (C-SPAN, 6:30 and 9:30 EST) tonight.
