Gov. Dean was in office for 11 1/2 years, not 6, for what it's worth. Vermont's governors serve for 2-year terms.

This is a story from General Electric/GE that can't seem to cover such fleecing stories such as its opposition to chemical dredging in the Hudson (the river GE nearly killed) or Enron or the corruption of the 2000 election and violation of the voting rights act or Bush's mad tax cuts (great job first one did as the DOW goes under 7,000) before we even start paying for his war or the degradation of the political debate in this country by lazy, incompetent journalists, who, like soon-to-be anchor of the NBC Nightly News, Brian Williams, think Rush Limbaugh is a respectable, mainstream political commentator.

This is just laughable. Don't take it. Write a letter to NBC and send money to Howard Dean. Today.

Dean's best counter to his congressional opponents is to say: I was an executive. I have a record. You might not find it to be 100% perfect. However, those four guys from congres haven't ever managed anything or thus cant take responsibility for anything. In fact they are even trying to shy away from their votes, just as Kerry is trying to do with his war vote.
