Does this take independent voters into account or just Democrats. This looks like Dean has slipped a bit since the last poll, but if he still leads among independets (NH is an open primary) it could make the different.

Howard Dean is going to give a major foreign policy speech at Drake University in Iowa on Monday.

A preview of his foreign policy views can be found at his revamped website (deanforamerica.com).

He lays out a vision designed "to isolate Baghdad, not the United States."

Dean makes it clear that "If a policy of containment, coupled with UN inspections, is sufficient to protect our interests, it is preferable to the inherent bloodshed and unpredictable consequences of war."

Once again, Dean shows that he is not afraid to stand for what's right, even when it means standing alone.

All the best,

Teddy Davis

Dean isn't standing alone. There are thousands of Americans right behind him.
