Thanks for posting the transcript of Dr. Dean's appearance on "Face the Nation" yesterday. We were watching on CBS through Comcast (cable provider)and we experienced some electronic interference at the beginning of the broadcast. It wasn't the tv (we checked some others) and the other channels seemed ok. The program was having blackouts in sound and picture, then a few minutes later, just the video was black. It cleared up only after several minutes into the program. It was as if someone was trying to discourage viewing of this program in the beginning minutes, enough to make the viewer give up. Please check to see if there were any other similar disturbances in other parts of the country. We are in Albuquerque, NM. The local CBS station is KRQE, Channel 13.

I checked out the program in Portland and it was just fine. Dean did a good job of taking a very nuanced position and sounding forceful and forthright.
