The legislature wound up finally passing a redistricting effort onto Graves that will likely not be veto'd. Or, if it is, this is then going to the courts for the final say. Here's the current map:

The current delegation is 3:1 GOP, and many Republicans wanted to make it 4-0, ousting the Democrat Moore from the 3rd district. That would be the Senate map, supported by Bush/Rove, that sought to split Democratic support in the state. However, Oleen was denied, and the new map looks a lot like the old map above.
