NY is still up in the air on redistricting, with the latest being that Gilman is talking about jumping ship to the Democrats... just last week it was Quinn saying something about this. Gilman is fighting for his seat, and another delay has occurred.

Now, I would like to see this happen. Amo Houghton does not belong in the GOP either.
