Here, Vermont to Require Drug Makers to Disclose Payments to Doctors. And here, Vt Gov Dean outlines goals, possible run at presidency in 2004. And here's a Rueters article on his recent NY visit, Vermont Governor Outlines National Health Plan.

Dean has been really good at generating free press for himself. His “Social justice comes from a balanced budget” theme carries a tremendous amount of potential for 2004.

Pretty weird feedback from some weirdos in the Presidential piece. However, I would rather trade Vermont for the rest of the country including Bush's territory of Texas with crooks such as John Cornyn and their stooges on the Texas Supreme Court such as Priscilla Owen. Quality of life in Vermont is a lot better than in Texas. If Bush does not straighten out this economy and the stock market does not make a come back in the next eight months, Bush is looking at the face you have just posted. If the economy does not improve reminding voters of Bill Clinton would be disastrous for Bush. That is my response to "VT goodbye" and "Smart Fuck" in that piece
