06/27/2002 Archived Entry: "Dean's candidacy"
Gov Dean spoke on Democracy Now, in California, and by the response from the mail I'm getting, was well recieved. People are asking questions about his viewpoints, wanting more information, or even ready to sign up on his campaign. His website, Fund for a Healthy Environment, contains the latest information.

Based on what you say on the senate link, Hutchinson, Cornyn and Allard are in very serious trouble. Perhaps Torch is as well. So is Johnson in SD as per the last poll I saw. However, the Maine poll seems to be very interesting..Collins is under 50. Do you have the link to the Maine senate poll? I would really appreciate it. It would be interesting to see what ARG would say about the NH race. As far as Smith is concerned, he is under 50 and who knows what could happen with all the economic turmoil.

I don't have the links off hand, Ive just been picking up news clips of them from politicalwire.com rollcall.com nationaljournal.com and some other places. IT does look like there are going to be a lot of close races in the Senate, and the Dems are looking good.

MyDD:
Please keep us informed of the Maine race. News on the Maine race is very hard to come by even here inside the beltway or for that matter even in Maine.
