In the Kentucky 3rd CD poll out by SUSA, Northup leads Conway by a 53-45 margin. The breakdown in the polling looks very favorable for Conway probably being tied, if not ahead. Of likely voters, the poll is made up of conservatives with 38%, moderates with 47%, and liberals with only 12%, and undeclared with 3%.

Maybe only 12% of the population in the KY 3rd is liberal, maybe conservatives outnumber liberals by a 3:1 margin in Louisville; but probably instead, there are quite a few more liberals, who, like in the POA automated polling, are under-represented.
